1. Is the site secure?
ballers have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that your shopping experience is a secure as it can be. Any payment that is made on the site is encrypted via an independent online payment provider. ballers will not have access to any of your financial information, nor will it be kept by our service provider
2. How long will take to for me to receive my order?
Any goods that you purchase on line will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order (Quicker if possible!) However if there is an issue with our delivery schedule will be make sure you are contacted immediately.
3. How much postage will I have to pay?
The postage you pay is calculated by the cumulative weight of your entire purchase.
4. How do I return the product if I'm not happy with it?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to either exchange it or refund your money. Please ensure that any returned items are in as much of their original packaging as possible.
5. Why is your store in Taunton not open all week?
As a specialist basketball store we have found that our passing trade became slow during the early part of the week, increasing towards the end of the week. Therefore it made sense as a business to restrict our opening hours.
6. Can I visit the store out of normal operating hours?
